NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) March 9, 1999--Standard&Poor's today lowered its ratings on 13 Bank of Nova Scotia LOC-backed municipal issues, and removed the ratings from CreditWatch, where they were placed Dec. 18, 1998.
