The issuance consists of notes backed by a pool of New Zealand consumer sales finance and credit card receivables originated by Latitude Financial Services Limited. The master trust structure permits purchases of eligible receivables on a revolving basis, which will be funded through potential issuance of an additional series of notes from time to time.
