...Fitch Ratings concluded its toll road sector peer review and classified the key rating drivers for each of them under the global methodology Rating Criteria for Toll Roads, Bridges and Tunnels. The five key rating drivers are completion risk, revenue risk -- volume, revenue risk -- price, infrastructure development and renewal, and debt structure. The toll roads described in this report have been operating for over 15 years, and, therefore, they are considered mature without completion risk. The key rating factors were analyzed on a qualitative and quantitative basis, taking into account each project's operational and financial aspects and they reflect an analysis of historical and forecasted data. This analysis is based on data from 2014 audited financial statements and from the volume of traffic reported as of June 2015 from the investor relation website of each company.
