...Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC (BLS, or the company) is the servicing arm of Bayview Asset Management, LLC (BAM), a manager of funds that invests in commercial and residential whole loans as well as asset-backed securities and other mortgage-related assets. Commercial loans represent approximately 10% of BLS's total servicing portfolio, as BAM's funds have historically invested primarily in residential loans.
