...Budgewoi (NSW), a tourist destination on the Central Coast, replaced Kingston (QLD) as the worst-performing postcode by value of mortgages in arrears as of 31 March 2015. Budgewoi ¡ where the majority of its employed work in health care, retail, construction, manufacturing, accommodation and food services ¡ was also the worst performing postcode one year ago in March 2014, and had appeared 11 times in the previous 14 reports. Other postcodes that have previously been among the worst-performing since March 2008 were Green Valley (11 times), Greenacre (9), Kingston (6), Hoxton Park (5) and Goodwood/Montrose (4). Only six suburbs remained in the 20 worst-performing from six months earlier: Kingston (QLD), Goodwood/Montrose (Tasmania, TAS), Budgewoi (NSW), Green Valley (NSW), Aldinga (South Australia, SA) and Mount Isa (QLD).
