Only five suburbs remained in the top 20 worst performing from six months earlier: Kingston (QLD), Wyndham Vale (VIC), Budgewoi (NSW), Green Valley (NSW) and Surfers Paradise (QLD). Queensland dominated the list of the worst 20 suburbs, with eight entries; the state had only five suburbs in the top 20 six months earlier.
