Phu Phong Corporation is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the manufacturing of construction supplies and fixtures. The Company manufactures and trades specialized glass products as fixtures for construction and interior decorating activities, as well as provides installation services. Its products include flat glass, tempered glass, sheet glass, laminated safety glass and insulating glass. The Company also manufactures other glass-based products, such as glass tables, basins, gifts and lavatory silvered mirrors. In addition, it is engaged in the trading of materials, supplies and equipment for glass manufacturing, along with the operation of warehouses. Other activities include real estate trading and leasing. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one subsidiary and two affiliates.
