Osisko Mining Corporation (Osisko) is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and operating mineral properties, primarily those containing gold and associated precious metals. Osisko's flagship asset is the Canadian Malartic gold mine located in the Abitibi mining district (Canadian Malartic Property or Canadian Malartic Mine), The Canadian Malartic Property is located in the Abitibi region of north-western Quebec and 25 kilometers west of the city of Val-d’Or, Quebec. The Canadian Malartic Property is comprised of 119 contiguous mining titles, 108 map designated claim seven claims, one mining concession and three mining leases covering a total of 5, 376.2 hectares. The Hammond Reef Property consists of properties located in the Thunder Bay Mining Division of Ontario. The Property consists of 122 unpatented mineral claims (3,440 hactares) and eight patented and lease claims (304.32 hactares). In December 2012, Osiskoacquired all the interest of Queenston Mining Inc.
