The Group's principal activity is providing alternative investment products and solutions. It provides alternative investment management business with a range of fund products for institutional and private investors worldwide. The Group has offices in Chicago, Dubai, Hong Kong, Montevideo, Nassau, New York, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Toronto. On 26 April 2007, the Group acquired 100% of MTM Corporate Finance Ltd and 80% of MTM Capital Partners Ltd. On 19 July 2007, the Group disposed its brokerage business.
