Henderson Investment Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in investment holding and infrastructure business in mainland China. The Company is a subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Company Limited. The Company’s investment holding subsidiaries are China Investment Group Limited, Henderton Profits Limited, Luxrich Limited, Nation Team Development Limited and Prominence Development Limited. The core asset of the Company is 60% interest in Hangzhou Qianjiang Third Bridge in Zhejiang Province, which is a trunk route linking Beijing and Fujian Province. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included China Investment Group Limited, Nation Team Development Limited, Henderton Profits Limited, Henderson Investment Finance Limited and Hangzhou Henderson Qianjiang Third Bridge Company, Limited, among others.
