It leverages an branch and automated teller machine (ATM) network as well as mobile, Internet and remittances banking platforms. Ecobank Capital provides treasury, corporate finance and investment banking, and securities and asset management solutions to corporate and government customers. On February 6, 2013, Old Mutual PLC acquired a majority stake in Oceanic Life.
