STOCKHOLM (Standard&Poor's) March 14, 2016--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had assigned its 'BB' long-term issue rating to the proposed high-trigger additional Tier 1 perpetual capital notes to be issued by UBS Group AG. The rating is subject to our review of the notes' final documentation.
