On Nov. 9, 2010, Bimbo announced an agreement to acquire Sara Lee's fresh bakery business for $959 million. We are placing our ratings on Bimbo, including the 'BBB' global and 'mxAA+' national scale corporate credit ratings, on CreditWatch with negative implications. We could lower or affirm the ratings once the transaction is completed and we conclude our review of Bimbo's business and financial profile incorporating Sara Lee's operations. On Nov. 9, 2010, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services placed its ratings on Mexico-based baking company Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V., including the 'BBB' long-term corporate credit rating and the 'mxAA+' national scale corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with negative implications. We could either lower or affirm the ratings following our review.
