U.S.–based beverage alcohol producer Constellation Brands Inc.'s credit measures are not expected to improve as previously anticipated and will likely remain near current levels in the near-to-intermediate term. We have affirmed our ratings on Constellation Brands Inc. We are revising our outlook to stable from positive based on our belief that credit measures will not improve enough to support a higher rating during the outlook period as previously expected.
