SAO PAULO (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 15, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today said that it has withdrawn its preliminary 'B' long-term issuer credit rating on Petro Rio S.A. at its request. The outlook at the time of withdrawal was stable. We also withdrew our preliminary 'B+' issue-level rating on the company's proposed senior secured debt, which did not proceed.
