TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) April 9, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said that it has assigned its 'A-' debt rating to the Hong Kong dollar-denominated senior unsecured note issued by ORIX Corp. (A-/Stable/--) (see list below). The rating on the note is the same as our long-term counterparty rating on ORIX Corp., given our current rating on the company and the issuance terms and conditions of the note.
