Abstract: NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Sept. 29, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that its STRONG residential prime, subprime, and master servicer rankings on CitiMortgage Inc. are unaffected by Citigroup Inc.'s recently announced purchase of Wachovia Corp.'s banking operations. Standard&Poor's will continue to monitor the situation and will take action as necessary based on any impact that a portfolio transfer may have on CitiMortgage Inc.'s servicing operations.
