The positive outlook reflects the hospital's more consistent financial performance and strong debt service coverage as well as its strengthened balance sheet, although capital expenditures have been more limited in recent years. A higher rating is precluded at this time due to a ramp up in capital expenditures over the next few years, with complete details remaining uncertain as the hospital is completing a master facility plan.
