| Abstract: | Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on Cobb County Kennestone Hospital Authority, Ga.'s $120 million series 2005 variable-rate demand bonds, issued for WellStar Health System (WellStar). The series 2005 bonds, which were initially issued in auction-rate mode, are being converted to weekly mode, supported by a direct-pay letter of credit (LOC) provided by SunTrust Banks Inc. The series 2005 bonds will carry a rating based on the long-term and short-term rating of SunTrust Bank. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AA-' standard long-term rating and underlying ratings (SPURs) on the Hospital Authority of Cobb County, Ga.'s $174.49 million bonds (various series).
