| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) May 9, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its underlying rating (SPUR) on the Riverside County Transportation Commission, Calif.'s senior-lien revenue bonds to 'AAA' from 'AA+'. The upgrade reflects the bonds' strong coverage, coupled with no plans to issue additional debt that could dilute the strong coverage. At the same time, Standard&Poor's raised its SPUR on the commission's junior-lien revenue bonds to 'AAA' from 'AA'. The upgrade reflects the above-mentioned factors, as well as the relatively small amount of junior-lien debt outstanding compared with the commission's overall debt.
