| Abstract: | Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on Stanford University, Calif.'s tax-exempt CP program, in conjunction with an increase in the authorized amount to $300 million. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on the university's taxable CP program, as well as its variable-rate demand bonds. Finally, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating on the outstanding debt of Stanford University, issued by California Educational Facilities Authority and the university.
