| Abstract: | SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) May 6, 2008-- Standard and Poor's Ratings Services raised its underlying rating to 'AA' from 'A' on the Sacramento Suburban Water District, Calif.'s outstanding 2004 auction rate water revenue bonds. In addition, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AAA/A-1+' rating and 'AA' underlying rating (SPUR) to the series 2008A-1 and its 'AAA/A-1' rating and 'AA' SPUR to the district's series 2008A-2 adjustable rate refunding certificates of participation (COPs). Finally, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AA' rating to the district's 2005B fixed rate bonds. The outlook is stable.
