| Abstract: | On May 6, 2008, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned a 'B-' issue-level rating and a '3' recovery rating to Vought Aircraft Industries Inc.'s proposed $200 million incremental term loan facility. We lowered the issue-level ratings for the senior secured credit facilities to 'B-' from 'B', and we revised the recovery rating to '3' from '2'. The 'B-' issue level ratings are the same as the corporate credit rating on Vought Aircraft. The '3' recovery rating reflects an expectation for meaningful (50%-70%) recovery of principal and prepetition interest in the event of a payment default.
