| Abstract: | MEXICO CITY (Standard&Poor's) May 2, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its residential master and commercial construction loan servicer rankings on GMAC Financiera S.A. de C.V. and GMAC Hipotecaria S.A. de C.V. SFOL to ABOVE AVERAGE from STRONG. The rankings remain on CreditWatch, where they were placed with negative implications on April 25, 2008. In addition, Standard&Poor's removed GMAC Financiera S.A. de C.V. and GMAC Hipotecaria S.A. de C.V. SFOL from its Select Servicer List. The downgrades and removal of these servicers from Standard&Poor's Select Servicer List follow the May 2, 2008, lowering of the counterparty credit ratings on Residential Capital LLC (ResCap), the parent company of GMAC Financiera S.A. de C.V. and |
