| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) May 2, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its underlying rating (SPUR) on Montgomery Township Municipal Sewer Authority, Pa.'s series 2005 guaranteed sewer revenue bonds, issued for Montgomery Township, to 'AA+' from 'AA'. The upgrade reflects the township's continually improving financial position and consistent increases to its operating and capital reserves. The outlook is stable. The SPUR also reflects the township's diverse local economy, with access to the Philadelphia MSA; sizable and diverse tax base, with very strong wealth and income levels; and low debt levels, with limited capital needs.
