| Abstract: | Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating to 'AA/A-1+' from 'A' on Troy Industrial Development Authority, N.Y.'s civic facility revenue bonds series 2002B, issued on behalf of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), N.Y. In addition, Standard&Poor's raised its rating to 'AA-/A-1+' from 'A' on the institute's 2002D bonds; and to 'A+/A-1' from 'A' on the institute's 2002C bonds. Finally, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'A' underlying rating (SPUR) to all the aforementioned bonds.
