It's actually been not as gradual of a change as I think people may consider it, but what we've seen over the last few years is a massive ramp up or significant ramp up in the rate-based growth programs, the utility capital spending at the regulated level across the industry. It's almost regardless of market cap. The purpose of this panel is to talk about not just the types of rate-based growth, but the risk inherent in that type of rate-based growth.
