It's a pleasure to have with us this morning the management team from Hologic, or members of the management team. We have Glenn Muir, the Chief Financial Officer, as well as Pat Sullivan, EVP and Chairman. So Glenn, who is standing at the podium, he's going to come join us here in a second. Maybe he's afraid of me right now, I don't know. He'll give a brief overview of the business. Obviously today, I think given yesterday's results, we'll spend a lot of time today talking about where we are specifically on two issues.
