I just want to start off first with the Safe Harbor Statement; I'm not going to read it for you, but I just want to point out that there are risks and some uncertainties to the things that I may say here today. The Bemis Company was founded -- I just want to give you a brief history and recognize that Bemis, this is its ###th anniversary. We had a chance to celebrate that at Wall Street this year. It was founded in ####; it produced machine sewn cotton bags for flour and grain as an alternative to hand sewn bags, so it expanded into jute, burlap, and paper bags in the late ####s and the early ####s. It had its own cotton mills and was vertically integrated. It started to change its focus in the ####s, and with its first operations of producing polyethylene bags in Terre Haute, Indiana.
