I think conventional wisdom -- and not to give too much away in this movie, but I wouldn't recommend the -- I wasn't a big fan of it, so I'd save the $# or $## -- but that the New York office markets going to turn into New York like it looks in the "I Am Legend" movie with Will Smith, so as everybody sees there's like one guy left on the whole island with some beer and some other bad guys, but there's not going to be anything occupied and it's going to be basically deserted.
