Let me begin by saying how gratifying it is to learn that if gas prices fall below $#.##, drilling for gas won't absolutely stop because some people will still be making money. In today's atmosphere, that's a great thing. Allis-Chalmers Energy was formed through a reverse merger in May ####, and in December, we sold all the legacy assets, including the tractors, and today we're Allis-Chalmers Energy, which is a oilfield service company. We operate in six segments of the oilfield service sector. We're in rental tools, directional drilling, casing and tubing. We have an international drilling operation in Argentina. We also do underbalanced drilling through our hammer and bits, as well as our air compressors, boosters, and mist pumps.
