Richard (Dick) Harrison: Dick Harrison has had very mixed results during his seven year tenure as the CEO of Parametric and we are concerned with the Company?s shifting tactical plans and unclear growth strategy. The management team exemplifies some characteristics that we feel are not aligned well with equity shareholders including overly generous cash compensation and nepotism in the company. We also view Dick Harrison and his senior executive?s performance incentives, via restricted stock units rather than stock options, as a much better deal for the executives than for PMTC?s equity shareholders and worry that it is an implicit acknowledgement that Parametric?s organic growth days are in the past.
