Abstract:CANADA - Sagittarius Capital Corp (SC) agreed to acquire all the outstanding stock of Diversified Energy & Resource Corp, an investment company, in exchange for 135.02 mil SC common shares, valued at 29.704 mil Canadian dollars ($29.413 mil US). The shares were valued based on SC's closing stock price of C$0.22 ($0.218) on April 16, the last full trading day prior to the announcement. The transaction was subject to customary closing conditions, shareholders and regulatory approvals.
