About SeeNews - Industry Reports

The companies, active on Serbia’s electricity market, are two large state-owned power companies – Javno Preduzece Elektroprivreda Srbije (JP EPS) and Javno Preduzece Elektromreza Srbije (JP EMS). JP EPS specialises in electricity generation and distribution and is Serbia’s Distribution System Operator (DSO), while JP EMS is engaged in the transmission of electricity and the management of the country's electricity market and is the national Transmission System and Market Operator (TSMO). The activities of electricity distribution are carried out by five companies, which are fully-owned by JP EPS.
