Nov 6, 2002 The Company increases its subscribed capital to TRY 17.7 mln. April 22, 2003 Turk Tuborg registers another capital increase to TRY 23.2 mln. June 2003 - Yasar Holding sells its remaining 12.1% in Turk Tuborg to Carlsberg Breweries....
