Over the past few years, concern for health has increasingly come to the fore as a factor influencing food consumption choices in Spain, although Spanish consumers in general tend to have a healthier diet than many of their European counterparts. ...Meat sales will show steady, but unspectacular, growth over our forecast period to ----, as consumers become more health conscious, especially with regards to red meat.
