The quality of healthcare services in Slovakia has been declining since ----, according to a report from the Health Consumer Powerhouse, an organisation that surveys -- countries in Europe and gathers data using -- different indicators, such as prevention, patient rights, access to care, treatment outcomes, range of services and use of pharmaceuticals.
