The outlook for Qatar s domestic power sector remains broadly positive, with consistent growth in capacity and generation expected over the coming years, driven primarily by strong government investment and the effective utilisation of public-private partnerships. While Qatar still has one of the highest per capita consumption rates globally, per capita energy use has fallen by approximately -- between April ---- and November ---- according to Kahramaa figures released in August ----.
