Air freight is a growing industry due to the strength of the electronics manufacturing industry. Strong trade links with the US have long supported the manufacturing sector, and the trend is for demand for high quality warehouse and logistics centres. The medium-term investment outlook is strong for all three sub-sectors, driven by positive prospects for rental growth, healthy market fundamentals, improving regulations and an economy that is set to continue its steady growth.
