Carbon Holdings hopes to sign a financing deal for the Tahrir Petrochemicals Complex in H---, which will add -.-mn tpa of ethylene, ---,---tpa of propylene and ---,---tpa of butadiene. ...The rapid return of investment in recent quarters has seen the country s upstream rewards scores begin to recover.
