I am delighted to welcome Mead Johnson Nutrition, who are making their first appearance here at the CAGE conference. Mead Johnson is one of the leading pediatric nutrition companies and the only global player, which has infant nutrition as its sole focus. In 2012, it delivered $3.9 billion of sales and more than $600 million of net income and has achieved strong growth since it was spun out of Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2009. That performance is a reflected in the share price that has moved from $24 at the time of the IPO to around $73 today. Our speakers today are Kasper Jakobsen, who is the current COO and he is also the CEO-Elect and will be assuming that role in April this year. He is a 14-year veteran of Mead Johnson and has had a variety of senior positions in the Company over that time. The other speaker is Pete Leemputte, who has been CFO for the group since 2008.
