| Abstract: | OVERVIEW USAA Auto Owner Trust 2009-2 is a securitization of prime auto loan receivables. We assigned our preliminary 'AAA' ratings to the class A notes. The preliminary ratings reflect our view of the transaction's credit support, collateral characteristics, and payment and legal structures, as well as our cash flow modeling scenarios. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 4, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary ratings to USAA Auto Owner Trust 2009-2's $1.0 billion asset-backed notes (see ratings list).
