Abstract: NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 13, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today removed its ratings on two American International Group Inc. (AIG)-supported bond issues from CreditWatch with negative implications, where they were placed Oct. 15, 2008 (see list). These rating actions reflect the March 2, 2009, removal of our long-term credit rating on AIG from CreditWatch negative, where it was placed Oct. 3, 2008 (see "American International Group Ratings Removed From CreditWatch Negative And Affirmed; Outlook Negative" on RatingsDirect at www.ratingsdirect.com). For both transactions, AIG provides a guaranty insurance policy, which provides for the full and timely payment of principal and interest on the bonds for scheduled payments of principal and interest.
