Abstract: TORONTO (Standard&Poor's) April 17, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it affirmed its ratings, including the 'A-' long-term corporate credit rating, on New York-based information solutions provider Thomson Reuters Corp. (formerly The Thomson Corp.) At the same time, we raised the ratings on U.K.-based Reuters Group Ltd. (formerly Reuters Group PLC), including the long-term corporate credit rating to 'A-' from 'BBB+', and removed the ratings from CreditWatch, where they were originally placed May 8, 2007. The outlook on both companies is negative.
