| Abstract: | TORONTO (Standard&Poor's) April 17, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it affirmed its ratings, including the 'A-' long-term corporate credit rating, on New York-based information solutions provider Thomson Reuters Corp. (formerly The Thomson Corp.) At the same time, we raised the ratings on U.K.-based Reuters Group Ltd. (formerly Reuters Group PLC), including the long-term corporate credit rating to 'A-' from 'BBB+', and removed the ratings from CreditWatch, where they were originally placed May 8, 2007. The outlook on both companies is negative. "Upon completion of the transaction, The Thomson Corp. was renamed Thomson Reuters Corp. and Thomson Reuters PLC under the dual listed structure," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Lori Harris.
