| Abstract: | Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to Windsor Unified School District , Calif.'s 2008 election series C qualified school construction general obligation (GO) bonds. Standard&Poor's credit ratings do not address the tax credit component of this issue. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating (SPUR) on Windsor USD's existing GO bonds and its 'A+' SPUR on the district's existing certificates of participation. The outlook is stable. The 'AA-' rating reflects our view of Windsor Unified's: Primarily residential tax base, with very strong median household effective buying incomes and extremely strong wealth, in northern Sonoma County; Stable average daily attendance (ADA), which drives the state funding formula; and Good available
