| Abstract: | Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Washington State University, Wash.'s $112.92 million series 2009A&B trust and building fee revenue bonds. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the university's outstanding recreation center revenue refunding bonds and student fee revenue bonds; its 'A+' long-term rating and SPUR on the university's housing and dining system revenue bonds; and its 'A' long-term rating and SPUR on the university's parking system revenue bonds. The long-term rating on the trust and building fee revenue bonds reflects: A new security pledge that includes building fees (a portion of tuition) held in Fund 347, which we consider to be equivalent to an unlimited student
