| Abstract: | Since Standard&Poor's Ratings Services published its last European asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) quarterly report card on March 16, the conduits that it rates have continued to experience a decrease in volumes outstanding due, in its opinion, to continuing weak investor appetite for European ABCP. The key highlights for the past three months are: The U.S. ABCP market continues to be deeper than the European one and we have continued to see more European program sponsors issuing in the U.S. ABCP market.
