| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 8, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it reinstated its 'A-' ratings on Wachovia Preferred Funding Corp Perpetual Preferred Shares Series A and Wells Fargo&Co. Preferred Stock Series J. On June 13, 2009, we withdrew the rating based on inaccurate information that the issues had been redeemed. Recently, however, we learned that the issues were still outstanding, and reinstated the rating. RATINGS LIST Wells Fargo&Co.
