| Abstract: | (Editor's note: The following report was completed May 2003) Washington Mutual Bank F.A. (WMBFA) is assigned an AVERAGE ranking as a Primary, Master, and Special Commercial Mortgage Servicer. The rankings are based on an experienced management and staff, sound procedures, and a good but still improving utilization of technology. WMBFA has consolidated the commercial servicing operations of the various banks it acquired during the past years, and continues to make improvements in technology and efficiencies. A specific planned improvement is the implementation of borrower and investor Web sites. The rankings reflect the company's limited track record in CMBS servicing.
