| Abstract: | NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 3, 2009--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said 643 rated U.S. synthetic collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and 12 rated U.S. cash flow and hybrid CDOs have collateral exposure to CIT Group Inc. (CIT), which Standard&Poor's downgraded to 'D' on Nov. 2, 2009. In addition, three publicly rated U.S. nontraditional structured credit transactions--CIT Aviation Finance I Ltd., CIT Aviation Finance II Ltd., and CIT Small Business Loan Trust 2008-1--have exposure to CIT Group Inc. entities acting as servicer, and CIT is the backup servicer on two other nontraditional structured credit transactions: RASPRO Trust 2005's class B notes series 2005-1 and RASPRO Class G Pass Through Trust 2005-1.
